Read the Introduction to the RWSC Science Plan

The RWSC Steering Committee and Staff have developed an Introduction to the Integrated Science Plan for Wildlife, Habitat, and Offshore Wind Energy in U.S. Atlantic Waters. This introductory document: 

• Describes the purpose of the Science Plan, which involves coordination among the four Sectors (states, federal agencies, eNGOs, and offshore wind companies) to advance the RWSC Mission with respect to generating relevant, credible, and efficient offshore wind and wildlife research 
• Reflects input from the RWSC Subcommittees over the past year
